Could you recommend any good tutorials for setting up a bridge?

If you do, could you post a link to it? I’d enjoy watching something like that.
Something else that I think would be nice to see is just some of your everyday typical usecases with mint. Anything you might have run into that gave you trouble, etc.
Lemmy definitely replaced reddit as my daily driver. The only time I ever visit reddit anymore is for obscure troubleshooting information that is usually old.
I never really got into twitter. The format just doesn’t interest me very much, like others have mentioned. Mastodon definitely seems cool though. I created an account just because.
I’ve been on discord, but I could probably easily switch that to matrix because I don’t have that many friends…
I hope that something like peertube will take off, but I’m not really on that one. For now, I’ve resigned to using alternative frontends (newpipe, freetube, etc.). I’m trying to give odysee a fair chance, but the content just isn’t quite there yet for me.
The most extreme things that I want to switch out is google, and microsoft. I’m basically going to have to swap operating systems on my phone, as well as my laptop. That pales in comparison to my vehicle though. Lately the idea has been floating around in my head to downgrade my vehicle to something that was before android auto/ apple carplay. Vehicle manufactures have made it impossible to opt out of anything. I hate this so much.
*nods
full circle. Yep.
Yeah, your uncle probably works at the college or something. Better wait until you become a teacher yourself, then go wild. Lol
Download link?
Lemmy is really good. It’s not perfect, but obviously has great potential.
My only issue has been telling other people (in real life) about it, or convincing anyone to try it. The whole concept of the fediverse and related platfoms is too technical for the commoner to understand why it’s so important in the first place.
There we go, that’s the comment i was looking for. Lol
What’s TTS?
Ok? So what if you did consume them. Would you have any thoughts then, so that you can actually contribute a meaningful comment to this topic?
Hope so. I’m definitely telling people about it.
No worries. Thanks for the link
Yeah, I’ve used those before. Super handy, for the right applications.
Let me start out by saying that I am by no means an authority on the matter.
First was some generic brand 7" chef’s knife. I think I paid around $40 for it. It did alright for a while, but what I noticed about it was that the ergonomics and fit/finish were (just slightly) lacking. Unrefined edges made it a bit uncomfortable to use.
My next knife was from Zwilling. It’s another standard 7" chef’s knife with the hollow cutouts on the blade. This one was much better quality wise, the fit and finish and balance are all there.
The next one after that is a 5" Chef’s knife (with hollow cutouts) from Wüsthof. This is my current everyday knife, and I like the size of this one much better. I got this one because I really needed something more compact, and it’s been great for mostly everything I use it for right now.
The next knife I want to get is a Nakiri style. Wusthof is sold out of their more affordable line, and the Zwilling one doesn’t have the hollow cuttouts on the blade. The Zwilling brand doesn’t look quite as good as the Wusthof, in my opinion, but it may still function great.
The last thing I’d like to mention is a knife sharpener. When I got my Zwilling, they also threw in this little keychain Wusthof sharpener, and as long as I give my knife a few swipes every couple of times I use it, they stay pretty sharp. Definitely don’t overlook this detail, because even a lower quality knife will benefit greatly from a consistent sharpening routine like that.
Good luck, and I hope that helps. Let me know what you end up going with if you do decide!
Could you provide a link please?
Fucking A man. I really can’t tell. You really sold it.
Chef’s knife. Mountain bike (a “real” mountainbike) Gaming Laptop
I feel that. It’s hard sometimes. You feel like the real you almost doesn’t exist anymore.
Creative outlets help, I think.
Awesome!
