System of a Down - System of a Down
uwu owo etc., you know…
System of a Down - System of a Down
Lula 3D. Though, I never played with it eventually as it froze up the computer so bad we had to pull the plug, the experience as a kid was probably my worst gaming moment.
Deez beans :3
Nah, bro 500 pounds is INSANE. I can get a nice v1 Switch used around 150-200 pound where I live and usually consoles, especially Nintendo here are expensive, even second-hand, so you may really reconsider this pricetag.
Also, being a v1 Switch isn’t a too extravagant thing nowadays since all of the Switches can be hacked with a Raspberry Pi Pico board variant that is around 3 bucks each.
Nah, the continent is OK, but a bit more to the east
I just pronounce them as I should do in my native language.
ZSH: zé-es-há /zeːɛʃhaː/
SSH: es-es-há /ɛʃɛʃhaː/
sudo: sudó /ʃudoː/ (with ʃ(sh) and long o at the end - this is a rule in my language, every o at the end of a word must be long, with two exceptions)
I say them like this (in my head) even if I read english text.
I’ve got an I LOVE YOU virus once on a Panasonic X700 fliphone. And, since it was an already old phone by that time, no one had the right tools to fix it anymore.
That phone was just like a Nokia, btw. Exact same Symbian OS, just with different media files and branding. (or at least, it looked like, so much so it hurt my young brain at the time)
There were photos of F1 cars on it by default. And a mini golf game that was awesome.
I was so sad when that phone got bricked. I don’t even tell you guys how I got that virus since it’s so embarrassing 😅
Also I almost got a ransomware on a freshly installed PC. I was lucky enough to notice something was wrong and I was able to stop it. Though, lots of folders have been infected (files have been created - the message that should have been displayed inside the virus’s windows I assume) and some files did get encrypted - but not deleted…
just olive oil and a bit of fresh lemon juice. I’m not that salad dressing kind of guy.
I always read now and even back then people complaining about t9 and how shitty it is…
I don’t know, I loved it on my Sony Ericssons. The implementation of it was really nice.
Granted, I did use it on my native language, so maybe in English, it is shitty, but it was a must have thing to turn on for me after a while (when I discovered and realized how it works. before that, it was just some strange black magic)
Just started typing, and if I waited a bit, a list of words came up and could use the dpad or joystick to select a word. only annoying thing was a popup, if the word did not exists I was trying to type, but then I could just add it with two button presses and that’s it.
I’ve just built a $1200 PC and I’m pretty sure I don’t really use the fraction of its power.
Rap was important and had a clear goal; to inspire afroamerican people, kids to learn, to live their life and fight for their rights. to get up from the ghetto, to keep on going, make them see they aren’t alone, they have their backs by the community. (In the US)
this all was rather successfull.
but then, I don’t know what rap’s function is today. if there is any… so what you are saying, I can aggree with it, but I tend not to forget what was the original goal of this genre, and this is why I can’t completely dismiss rap.
RISC-V and getting even more low power+max performance
funny thing is recently I was toying with the thought to create an app exactly like this, to signal 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes with one, two, three and (four + hour of day) beeps, just like a church/temple bell or grandfather clock…
but I don’t know if it exists already.
Watership Down.
Also some Philip K. Dick books, like A Scanner Darkly and Eye in the Sky.
But I also enjoyed the Bartimaues trilogy so much when I was somewhat younger.
I think it doesn’t matter nowadays. Network interfaces are smart enough to twist them internally, or at least, this is what I experienced. I have no idea when did I had to use specifically a crosswire cable, all of my ethernet cables are patch cables for a while now.
So, it shouldn’t be a problem.
would be nice if I had more graphical imagination, but I just can’t create detailed images in my head. I can either “see” the big picture but with no details, or can focus on some detail, but then loose the big picture.
this way I really can’t draw stuff purely from my brain, I need references. and again, I can’t really vary from those references.
there’s room for practicing, obviously, but I have less and less time (and need, tbh) to develop my drawing skills, so I kinda gave up on it.
welp, I’m not sitting on a tram anymore
Reading your post, all I can think of is to get a decent TV and a small form factor computer, install LibreELEC on it and you have a standalone Kodi box.
Lots of plugins available (YouTube, I think Crunchyroll too), absolutely no ads, no slowdown, fluent and capable UI. It can be strange that all the plugins use Kodi’s framework, but they all work just fine. Some needs some additional things to do to work, but you really set up your plugins once, and they are good to go. I’m using Kodi for 3-4 years continuously as my main media machine and all the plugins updates regularly. You can play back local or remote media through network share seamlessly. Just get a PC with enough hardware to do 4K video. (I’m watching at max 1080p, but for that, a 3rd generation Intel i5 was more than enough).
