Hello. I am a single, middle aged man from midwestern United States. Pic is not me.
I LOVED TA back in the day. I recently bought it again off Steam.
Atari 2600 gamez! Very cool. I still have my 2600 and the TV I used when I was a kid. Both still work.
Also, so glad someone put arcade games on their list.
Ultima IV !!! Now that’s a name I’ve not heard in a long time.
I played that on my Commodore 64 and waited a loooong time for the (actually floppy) disk drive to spin up.
I bet most people here don’t know any of the Ultima games.
Fuckin SHUT UP!
We don’t want to give those MS assholes ANY ideas.
I’ve always been pretty bad at Tetris. This video was very engaging and entertaining. It tells a great story.
I recently figured out that I can make fresh chopped baby spinach (and kale and chard) by chopping it up and frying it in my cast iron frying pan with some avo oil.
Top it off with lemon juice. Tastes great.
God Gave Rock and Roll To You was a hit for Kiss.

You have ass data?
I think they’re too young to know wtf that is.
I enjoy Vector Pinball quite a bit. Have also been playing Chip Defense, Gridle and Lexica.
I am sure G! will find local water testing for you.
But, before you do that, check your municipal water web site. Mine publishes their testing results. Monthly, iirc.
Of course, this is only part of the puzzle. Your exact tap may have very different results.
Never heard of this and I’m a big fan of the TA/Sup Com series. I will try it when I get the chance. Thanks for sharing!
That’s the stuff! Cheap and fucking amazing taste.
I think bacardi sells a mixer for pina coladas that is frozen like orange juice in those can things. Put that with the liquor in your blender.

Straight rye can be good too.
I quit drinking a while ago, but before I did I was exploring quite a few different things. Kind of amazing how much different alcohol there is.
Some highlights:
Belgian beers. Trappist stand out in this field but it is very difficult to go wrong. This encompasses very high quality beers (best in the world, IMHO) of dizzying variety. Sour (NOT bitter like an IPA…SOUR), fruit beers (lambic), wheat, doubles, triples, reds, browns, and more. Here is a nice guide.
Rye whiskey. several varieties exist and most of them very unique tasting. Search enough and you’ll find some very unusual ones.
Vodka martinis. The drunk’s drink.
Sipping tequila. Costco had some sort of house brand that was amazing. I only recommend agave but there are less good varieties.
Bloody Marys. Some places make these with so much food in them they could be a meal. I like spicy.
Ouzo chased by Coke is an amazing taste. Try it sometime if you never have.
Pepper vodka. I had some I bought in Ukraine (years ago) that was amazing. Pepper meaning spicy pepper not black pepper. Do not buy the absolut version it is shit.
I quit smoking years ago but smoked for a long time. If I ever go back to smoking I think it would be a pipe. I did it once or twice and it was extremely relaxing.
That sounds really good. I think I’ll try that.
I sometimes do similar but unsalted mixed nuts instead of peanut butter.
I own a couple actual vintage arcade machines and paid less for them than this. If you shop around you can find deals.
I also have one of these 1up cabs and it is definitely not like vintage. Software may be the same but it is using a modern monitor not a CRT. I think I paid around 300 for it several years ago. Not full size.
