  • I test drove an Alfa Romeo Giulia and it was a shambles from beginning to end.

He pulls the demo car round, and it was out of fuel, had a flat tyre, the engine management light was on, and the oil temp was sky high.

This was the demo car. The one they use to sell people on the brand.

Noped right out of there and bought German.

Hahahah, imagine going to another country and trying to pay in another currency and being shocked they wouldn’t accept it.

I can’t even spend Scottish notes in England when it’s all Sterling, never mind trying to pay for a small shop coffee in dollars.

This is innovation, and problem solving the small stuff is a very important skill in the modern day work environment.

Do I wasn’t to hand calculate an entire statistical analysis, no. I use excell.

It doesn’t make the work any more or less valid. If you can Google something in under a minute, don’t bother spending a tonne of time trying to remember it.

  • If you stop trying to vocalise the words in your head you can really break away from the the time limit and just fly through text.

This is what I do when I’m reading academic papers for writing reports to see if the content is what I need.

Takes a few seconds to scan it, take the understanding and made a decision on if it’s worthwhile or not.

There’s also websites where you can drop text and it will train you to read this way.
