One “exit” per press
Just your typical internet guy with questionable humor
One “exit” per press
More of a shortcut, CTRL + A + D
to exit the current session (exits a sudo su first, then a ssh, then the actual terminal)
From my understanding, in Brazil, you just ask your local dealer if he knows someone and he’ll put you in touch
Crypto whatever (coin, token, nft)
Social media
Internet as a whole (you can always dig a hole further down)
“You are not a worker, you are an entrepreneurial partner!” Type of corporate bullshit
Electric vehicles (mostly due to faulty batteries, but also because they don’t fix the problem of shitty car focused city design)
Their refund tends to work well, even if the seller tries to convince you to send the piece of shit back to them. Just say “seller will use the item to fraud another customer” when refusing to send it back (if it was an obvious fake thing, like “8tb pendrive”). Ali will almost always side with you
Decentralized governments: already a reality in most places, with a clear hierarchy (federal, state/province, city). Local communities aren’t always formed, but can coexist
Decentralized power sources: kinda there already? The thing is that it makes more sense economically to have a small number of big power plants than spread then thinly, especially due to industry needs that can be much larger than what residential lines typically transmit
Decentralized market: I mean, open fairs and small, corner markets are still a thing, no? Or what kind of market do you mean?
Decentralized currency: crypto kinda does that? There’s no central authority issuing whatever-coins. In more real-life terms, decentralized currency is deeply tied to local economy and you can look at history for how something like that used to work: small kingdoms almost always wanted to mint their own coins, then whenever conducting trade with external markets, some exchange rates would be set based on supply/demand.
Write your own copy of Windows 10, minus the bloat. You’ll probably have 2 floppies left
With those in hand, start waving them around maniacally and shout “WHY IS IT CALLED A FLOPPY IF IT’S SO DAMN HARD!?”
Any “hardcore full loot pvp MMORPG”
Could also be browser settings. I often get infinite captcha’d on private Firefox tabs
My old PSP3000 is one of my favorite pieces. It hasn’t seen any action in 5+ years now, but it will probably get some around september.
Mandatory jab at the switch. Not awful but cmon, the controls suck
cries in 3 left joycons with drift
Another of my least fave is my laptop’s monitor. It’s an ASUS ROG whose screen sucks major balls. If it ever gets over 40ºC, it starts showing some “scanlines” or something like that, with horizontal lines that don’t refresh correctly or something, kinda hard to describe. In any case, if I ever game straight on it without anything blowing cool air on the screen, games will become unplayable because it’ll reach a point where I literally can’t see shit, because the screen won’t be refreshing correctly, several lines will be “stuck” for 1 second or more. The keyboard is also a piece of shit.
Oh, windows has definitely seen better days in the past. It’s not irony either, it’s just a matter of looking at the amount of “features” nobody asked for that they push onto users anyway. Liked the XP-7 start menu? Too bad, now you’re stuck with whatever. That simple calculator program? Get a load of this UWP style calculator instead! Don’t want auto anti-aliasing with MSPaint’s brush? Fuck you, it’s there and you won’t disable it. Liked Solitaire and Freecell ad-free? HAHA GET REKT
I’m amazed none of these have been mentioned yet. Here are some of my faves
Can you file a complaint straight to a regulatory agency? In Brazil, thankfully, whenever ISPs or telcos give you too trouble, you can simply complain straight to ANATEL (Brazil’s telecom regulator agency), saying what you’re trying to do and which, if any, protocol ID (you get one whenever you get on line with their customer blockage service) you’ve had. Companies will reply and fix the problem the next day.
I personally avoid such places. There are many who make live music a selling point, which always plays super loud to the point where any chat can only happen by shouting into someone else’s ear. How people like this is beyond me
If New Horizons was your first animal crossing game and you were disappointed by the lack of personality that the villagers had, go play the original AC.
Is the original N64/GC the one where other villagers have the most personality? What are some other differences regarding NH, New Leaf and City Folk?
I also stuck my dick in crazy. Terrible idea. The main problem was that I was too dumb/dense to see the red flags, one of them being my mom, of all people, not liking her.
It was good sex, I was her first, but I didn’t want to make it anything other than some no-commitment flings. Once I started a proper relationship with another woman later, crazy stalked my gf online, full of threats. Crazy ended up in a psychiatric ward about a month later and her mother called me, asking me to “please go visit her, she loves you from the bottom of her heart”.
Against my better judgement, I actually went. The place looked like an insane asylum that should’ve been force-closed decades ago. Horrible smell, filthy, the inmates (dunno if that’s the correct term, but feels appropriate) pretty much relied on relatives for any hygiene. Crazy hugged me, but I was just so appalled with the place I didn’t even know how to react. She got out about a week later and her mom was still trying to play cupid, saying she was much better now and wouldn’t skip her meds anymore, but I told her I was happy with my girlfriend and blocked her.
Just think of yourself as Rob Halford for the time being.
Damn shame. Well, I’d try to sell it or trade for a phone that you can install a custom rom, like LineageOS, they have a handy list of devices that have first class support for it.
Oh, 2 and 3 are also great on the PSX. Way more missiles than needed for any mission, but the flight controls are amazing
Really? Then I must’ve been taught wrong and never noticed
